Our Story

Chance Carrick is the owner of Fides Restoration. Chance is a West Point graduate and Army Veteran of over 5 years. After serving in numerous leadership roles to include teaching leadership and military tactics at the University of Richmond ROTC program, Chance went on to the corporate world working with small business owners to improve efficiencies in the workplace. While in that role, Chance began renovation work as a side project and fell in love with the home services industry like crime scene cleanup, but recognized a major problem through his own experiences and talking with so many business owners over the years.

Customer service is almost always a pain point in this industry with companies giving 4 hour windows to show up, getting hit with unknown fees after the job is done, having poor quality work after spending tons of money and time, and being left feeling like it was just a transaction, and the company really didn't care about the client or their home. Most people reading this can relate to at least one of those experiences, and probably on numerous occasions. Our goal is to never leave a customer feeling like that!

Named after the roman goddess of trust and integrity, Fides restoration, was created with two priorities that will always be paramount: customer service and quality work. We strive to always exceed our clients’ expectations and will do our best to make things right if we fall short. We understand your time, your money, and your property are extremely important to you and we do our absolute best to show that it is important to us as well.
